Marcia Gay
Marcia Gay Harden, born on the 14th of August in 1959 is an American actor. She has been nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards and an Academy Award.
Born in the La Jolla area of San Diego, California, Harden began her acting career in the late 1980s, appearing in a variety of television shows through the 1980s. Her first film appearance was in 1986's Miller's Crossing, which the Coen brothers directed. In recognition of her performance as artist Lee Krasner in the 2000 biographical film Pollock she was awarded the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Her performance in the film Celeste Boyle (drama film Mystic river (2003) earned her an additional Academy Award nomination. Her other film credits include The First Wives Club (1996), Flubber (1997), Space Cowboys (2000), Mona Lisa Smile (2003), and the Fifty Shades film trilogy.
